Three-Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza
- 1 12" Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
- 1 5-oz. pkg. Boboli® Pizza Sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 2 c. Italian 3-cheese blend, shredded
- 2 oz. pepperoni, sliced
Preheat oven to 450° F. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and Italian seasoning. Brush the oil and herb mixture around the outer edge of the crust. Spread pizza sauce onto crust, leaving a 1" border around the crust. Arrange the cheese and pepperoni on top of the sauce, and bake for 10 – 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
