Ingredients
- 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chunky salsa
- 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and sliced olives (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Stir in salsa and seasonings. Cook until heated through. Spread on pizza crust; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 – 12 minutes. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and sliced olives, if desired.
