Ingredients
- 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
- 1 c. black beans
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
- 2 tbsp. sofrito
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. jalapeño ranch dressing
- 1 c. Mexican shredded cheese
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Sauté garlic and onion in oil until tender. Add beans, corn, tomatoes and Sofrito. Warm for 15 minutes. Spread dressing on Boboli® crust and top with mixture. Top with cheese. Place in oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
