Mac and Cheese Pizza
Boboli logo appears on screen, followed by the recipe title, “Mac and Cheese Pizza.”
A pan is shown on a hot plate from the top down with bowls of ingredients on the side.
The cook adds the ingredients to the pan, first a tablespoon of olive oil, then one diced onion, and lastly two cloves of minced garlic. The cook sautés the ingredients together.
Next, a pot is shown on a hot plate from the top down. The cook adds 4 tablespoons of butter and whisks it to melt. Then, the cook adds 3 tablespoons of flour and whisks together. The cook whisks in a cup of milk until it is thick. Then the cook adds in a half cup of mozzarella cheese, one cup of cheddar cheese, one cup of Monterey jack cheese, one fourth cup of cream cheese, and whisks together until the cheese is melted. The cook adds five cooked pieces of bacon chopped up, the onions and garlic, and 8 ounces of cooked pasta. The cook mixed it all together so the pasta is coated in cheese.
The cook places a Boboli 12” pizza crust down on a cutting board and removes the crust from its package. She brushes the crust with olive oil and then pours the mac and cheese from the pot onto the crust and spreads it out evenly, then sprinkles cheddar cheese on top.
Text appears on the screen to bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes.
The pizza is finished and cut into 8 slices on a cutting board. The cook takes a slice as the camera zooms in to show the cheesy goodness!
