Ingredients

  • 1 12" Boboli® Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
  • 3/4 c. Boboli® Pizza Sauce
  • 2 c. grilled chicken
  • 1 c. spinach, fresh
  • 1 large portabella mushroom
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. smoked Gouda, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 450° F. Grill chicken at medium high heat for 5 – 8 minutes or until cooked. Remove from heat; set aside. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Sauté spinach, mushrooms and onion; place on pizza. Add grilled chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 – 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
