  • 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. ricotta cheese
  • pinch dried basil
  • pinch garlic, minced
  • pinch dried oregano
  • 1/2 c. marinara sauce
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450° F.Bake time: 8 – 10 minutesBrush pizza crust with olive oil. Spread Marinara sauce on crust leaving a 1" border around edge. Top pizza with cheeses and spices. Then drop Ricotta by spoonfuls evenly over crust. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
