Ingredients
- 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- pinch dried basil
- pinch garlic, minced
- pinch dried oregano
- 1/2 c. marinara sauce
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Spread Marinara sauce on crust leaving a 1" border around edge. Top pizza with cheeses and spices. Then drop Ricotta by spoonfuls evenly over crust. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
