Ingredients
- 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
- 1 lb. ground beef, lean
- 1/2 c. assorted color sweet peppers, 1/4" diced
- 1/3 c. onion, diced
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. tomatoes, canned, drained, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves, dried
- 1 c. kidney beans, canned and drained
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, fresh and coarsely chopped
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- sour cream and diced onion for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Sauté ground beef in oil in skillet until beef loses its pink color; drain. Add assorted sweet peppers, onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add chili powder, cumin powder, and oregano, stirring for 5 minutes. Add beans and cilantro. Fill pizza crust, leaving a 1" border around crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 – 10 minutes on baking sheet in the lower third of the oven. Garnish with sour cream and diced onion and serve.
