Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato (BLT) Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
- 7 tomatoes slices, 1/4" thick
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. parsley, coarsely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bacon strips, cooked crisp, broken into 2" pieces
- 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 – 3 c. romaine lettuce, 3" pieces
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Arrange tomatoes over pizza crust leaving a 1" border. Brush with oil and sprinkle with parsley. Lay bacon over tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown or cheese is melted. Cool slightly. Combine romaine and mayonnaise. Top pizza crust and serve.
