Wild Mushroom & Pesto Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2-4 ounces Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. fresh basil, coarsely chopped
1/3 c. pesto sauce
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Sauté garlic in 1 teaspoon oil until golden. Discard garlic. Sauté mushrooms in remaining oil until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with basil. Spread pesto over top of pizza crust leaving a 1" border around crust; top with mushrooms. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
