Taste of Summer Salad Pizza

Ingredients

1 12" Boboli® Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
1/2 c. honey balsamic dressing
1/2 c. feta cheese
4 oz. (1 bag) mixed baby greens
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. fresh strawberries, washed, hulled & sliced
1 c. fresh mango, peeled and cubed
1/2 c. roasted almonds, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes

Brush approx. 1 tablespoon of dressing over the entire pizza crust, set remainder aside. Sprinkle cheese evenly over crust. Bake for 5 – 6 minutes. Remove crust and set aside. In a large bowl, mix salad greens, raisins, strawberries, mango & almonds. Toss salad mixture with remaining dressing & place on pizza crust.

Alternate Methods

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
