1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. beef, sirloin, 1/2" cubes
2 tbsp. beef broth
3/4 c. sour cream, room temperature
Pinch ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon oil to preheated skillet, high heat. Add mushrooms and onions, sautéing until slightly seared; remove and reserve. Add remaining oil to hot skillet; sear beef. Add broth and lower heat to medium low. Reduce liquid slightly; return mushrooms and onions to pan, and add nutmeg, sour cream and parsley. Stir to mix sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill pizza crust leaving a 1" border around crust. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
