Steel City Pierogi Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
10 pre-made pierogies
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 pkg. of Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Boil pierogies until heated through. After heated put pierogies in a bowl and chop up so the potato mixture is spreadable. In saucepan, sauté onion to desired softness. Spread olive oil on crust, top with sautéed onions. Spread pierogi mix over pizza shell. Sprinkle with pepper then top with cheese. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
