Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie
1 8" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Place the pizza crust in a 9" pie plate. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and egg; beat on medium speed until smooth. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger and continue beating until well blended. Spoon mixture over the crust. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until set. Let cool. Then cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
