Peach Pie
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. peaches, pared, 1/2" slices
1-1/2 c. whipped topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Combine sugar, flour, and lemon juice; toss with peaches. Arrange peaches over pizza crust leaving a 1" border around crust. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
