Home Run Pizza Salad
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 1/3 c. reduced-fat French dressing
2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil or oregano
3 6 oz. packages torn romaine lettuce
2 c. chopped Canadian-style bacon 8 ounces cubed, part-skim mozzarella cheese Pepperoni slices (optional)
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Cook time 5 – 8 minutes
Toast pizza crust in oven for 5 – 8 minutes. In a small bowl, combine French dressing and basil or oregano; set aside. In an extra-large bowl, toss together romaine, shredded bread shell pieces, Canadian-style bacon, and cheese. Drizzle with dressing. Toss lightly to coat. Garnish with rolled pepperoni, if desired.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
