Halftime Meatball & Pepper Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
3/4 c. tomato sauce
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
24 meatballs, 3/4", cooked
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Variety of sliced green, yellow and red bell peppers
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Cook time 8 – 10 minutes
Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust, leaving a 1" border. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Arrange meatballs over filling. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and top with a variety of sliced green, yellow and red bell peppers. Bake 8 – 10 minutes on a baking sheet in lower 1/3 of oven. Cool slightly and serve.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
