Artichoke, Mushroom & Peppers Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 Pouch Boboli® Pizza Sauce
2 Banana peppers, seeds removed and chopped
1 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
1 c. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
5 Scallions, chopped-use white and green
1 c. shredded 3 cheese Italian blend
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 10 – 12 minutes
Spread sauce on crust, leaving a 1" border. Top with all veggies, 3 cheese Italian blend, and last with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
