Greek Salad Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
8 oz. Hummus Tahini Dip & Spread
2 c. Romaine lettuce, 2" pieces
1 c. Feta cheese (or crumbled quality goat cheese)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Pinch Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Spread Hummus over bread shell leaving a 1" border around pizza crust. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool slightly and top with lettuce, Feta cheese. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper; drizzle over pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
