Feta & Prosciutto Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1/2 c. Marinara sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
6 thinly sliced pieces of Italian prosciutto
8 oz. artichoke hearts
2 tbsp. fresh basil, sliced
1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Bake time: 12 – 14 minutes
Spread sauce evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange prosciutto in a pinwheel type fashion on top of cheese. Add pieces of artichoke on top. Sprinkle feta cheese over pizza. Bake 12 – 14 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
