Fall Vegetable Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 pouch (5 oz.) Boboli® Pizza Sauce
5 Cherry tomatoes, washed & quartered
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 red bell pepper, washed & thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, washed & thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
1 1/2 c. Italian cheese blend
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450° F
Cook time 10 – 12 minutes
Sauté garlic & peppers in oil. Add salt & pepper to taste, cook until slightly tender. About 2 minutes. Spread sauce on pizza crust. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza. Top with cooked peppers. Add mushrooms & quartered tomatoes. Top with Italian Seasoning. Bake on oven rack or ungreased baking sheet 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
