Cinnamon Toast Pecan Cups
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Bake time: 10 – 15 minutes
Combine corn syrup, dark brown sugar, melted butter, pecans, egg, vanilla and salt and set aside. Cut 2 1/2" circles out of the pizza crust. Sauté pizza circles in butter flipping back and forth for 2 minutes. When warm, cover in combination of sugar and cinnamon. Press into mini muffin tin and fill with filling. Bake for 15 minutes.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
