Boboli® Pesto Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. pesto
4 oz. artichoke hearts, sliced
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. black olives, halved
1/4 sun-dried tomato, julienned
1/4 c. pine nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Spread pesto sauce on pizza crust. Add mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and olives. Sprinkle pine nuts on top and cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, and enjoy!
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
