Antipasto Pizza
Ingredients
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. Genoa salami, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. Ham, shredded
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, chopped or sliced
1/4 red onion, chopped or thinly sliced
Italian hoagie dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
Layer Provolone cheese, Genoa salami, ham and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake in oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and place shredded lettuce, red onion, and tomato on top. Drizzle pizza with hoagie dressing and place back in the oven for additional 5 minutes. Remove.
Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
