Amalfi Caprese Pizza

1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 12 oz. package al fresco® Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage
1/2 c. pesto
3 medium fresh tomatoes, sliced
5 oz. fresh Mozzarella, sliced
16 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 c. Asiago cheese
1/4 c. fresh basil, sliced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning


Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes

Spread pesto on Boboli® pizza crust. Place sliced tomatoes over pesto so that it covers the entire pizza. Slice al fresco® Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage in 1/4" slices and place over pesto. Position the slices of fresh Mozzarella over the tomatoes and then sprinkle the chopped artichokes. Next, sprinkle the 1/2 cup of shredded Asiago cheese over the artichokes. Bake in oven for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pizza from the oven and sprinkle basil and Italian seasoning on top. Let cool and enjoy!

Alternate Methods

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
