Acorn & Cheddar Pizza
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
2 c. Acorn squash, cooked, 3/4" pieces
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. parsley, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. maple syrup
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes
In a bowl, combine Acorn squash, shredded Cheddar cheese, walnuts, raisins, and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover mixture over crust, leaving a 1" border. Drizzle with syrup. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and serve. Let cool and enjoy!
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
